Project Summary

  • Floor refit in Westpac Tower
  • Design & shop drawings to recondition the existing 40-year-old CV units     supplied from the chiller and boiler.
  • Modify ductwork to provide a clean appearance of exposed services
  • Design new BMS, flow valves, etc for the floor mechanical system
  • Upgrade the existing DB and supply new server cabinet
  • Cable tray installation
  • New LED lighting, power and data throughout including high end feature lighting
  • Electrical for mechanical by Fantail including high level BMS controls 3-month project for Fantail
